Prayers for a friend and her family ...

I was just talking to a friend of mine who has been having a really rough few days and can really use some good thoughts and prayers sent out for her and her family.

Sandii's cousin passed away a few days ago after getting sick while battling cancer. They knew it was probably coming, but of course that doesn't make it any easier. To make it worse, her 4 year old niece was also killed in a car accident. The entire family is reeling from all of this, and the mother of the little girl is dealing with a lot of extreme upset ... she is blaming herself because she was driving when the accident happened. Apparently she had to swerve to avoid a car heading for them head-on, but wasn't able to get clear enough and the car hit the back of their car, hitting where the little girl was at. The mom and dad will be needing some extra prayers to deal with those feelings.
