I can't get my password recovered for the life of me. I was sure I knew what I was, but it isn't working. When I try to get them to send me the recovery email, it never comes and it's not in my spam or trash. I sent a message a week ago to the website's contact us email, but no reply from that either. What am I supposed to do? I need to see the new videos. I don't know how else I can contact anyone to get my password back and I don't know how else to get back into the site besides creating a new email somewhere and from there a new account, but I really don't want to do that.
Forgive me if this is in the wrong place...I'm just out of options and really sad about this and don't know where else to turn.
