My dad needs prayer

My DR. said yesterday that my recent bone marrow test "shows no evidence of the disease".....so I`m okay now(!)...thanks in large part to the forum members. So I`m good to go now ..it`s time for everyone to turn their attention to Blanca and her family.The power of the well wishes of the forum members is truely AWESOME so things will get better for you and your family.

Hooray for you, Kevin!  What a selfless gesture to transfer the power of prayer to Blanca and her family.  Fortunately prayer is one of those free commodities that never runs out and is plentiful for all...so, as we pray for Blanca and Tiffany and all the others who need our intercession...we will continue to hold you up as well...we want to keep you free from that disease that brought you down!

Ok,so a positive report for once! I have some answers to prayer. I'm  sure y'all remember that I asked for prayer for my dad as he struggled with depression. Up until recently,he was not willing to admit he needed help.Well,today he told me that he has started  meds and counseling to help him deal with it. This is a  huge step for him,admitting he needs help. I'm proud of him and relieved and happy.PTL. It was so hard seeing him miserable.

Also,there has been peace in the house. My parents have not argued in quite awhile.

Still no job for my mom,but this has turned to be a blessing in disguise. BC she doesn't have work,she was able to leave today to do medical work in Haiti for ten days.

So,Thanks for your prayers for all these things. It means more to me than you know

Some things  you can continue to pray for are my grandfather's cancer and a job for my mom. Please also keep me in your prayers for school,and for wisdom in leading my girls' biblestudy,and for me as I grow as a person and am trying  t to learn to be comfortable in my own skin.

.Special thanks to my adopted family:Rosie,Carla,Chris,,Tiff,Coco,and Guardian. I couldn't  do it without y'all.

Joe and Kevin,thanks for always remembering me in your hugs.

   T C G  what wonderful news about your dad...Yes, all those meds do help, my bro-in-law is taking pharmacology
     now as part of his PHD...and he says some brains are wired toward depression and the re-uptake, factor...the
     seretonin, etc...all that...sometimes we need to give nature a little shove...You should see an improvement...
     Hope your mom stays safe and well down there in Haiti...we heard today there are tons and tons of relief supplies
     sitting in ships off shore which due to the weak infra structure and not getting to the people...so we can Pray about
     that..

     I can't believe how many people thought I was in Ireland...my sister did, too!...when I posted that on my F B
    about being transported to Powers Court...LOL  study hard ! ! !

My dad just passed about a week ago; I didn't get a chance to worry, unfortunately. And it didn't happen because of anything related to this, just so you know. I'm praying for you and your dad, grandfather, and you - it hurts to see your family with troubles, and it's tiring to worry.  I know this may be routine for you, maybe not, but I think the most important thing to do that will mean a lot is to tell your family you love them and always remember to say goodbye when you leave. My prayers are with you. Take care (I really mean it), live in the moment, and don't forget "I love you" and "goodbye", even when it seems stupid,
